Experience the best in glamping, with the best in activities while doing so. Step into nature for some fitness and exercise hiking our 2-mile loop trail surrounding all that is 6 Springs RV Resort. Around every bend in our 2-mile walking trail, you will enjoy a variety of wildlife, abundant plants and trees, a gorgeous deep ravine, and a jewel of a meandering spring fed little limestone bedded creek of endless fascination. You’ll want to take off you shoes and go wading like a kid again. With minimal grades, our manicured walking trails are generally considered an easy path. At a moderate pace in your steps, it takes an average of 40 min to complete. This is a popular trail for our guests; watching birds, hiking, running, seeing the ponds, and just an all-around experience in the outdoors. Whether burning off calories or enjoying some solitude during quieter times of the day, our nature trails are open 24/7 year-round to our guests. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

Considerations

The trail’s wildlife includes deer, squirrels and perhaps an unexpected wildlife visitor, so be cautious while hiking here. The low portions of the trail near the main spring can sometimes flood due to lots of rain, so watch out for shallow pools while hiking! Although the trail is open 24 hours, there is no night-time lighting available.

No Littering

Please help us keep our property beautiful! Please pick up any litter you might see and even more so, please don’t litter anywhere on the grounds. Please keep any wrappers, cups or other disposables until you find the next trash can, or return to your lot. We all appreciate the effort, and we all benefit from the success.

Trail Conditions

Some of the trail is paved, and some is not. And while most of the trail is well manicured and easily passable, if at any time you note hazardous conditions, please notify our front desk personnel in the grand lodge. While leaving the trail is acceptable, we always recommend to remain on the pathways developed for intended leisure.

No Smoking

In addition to the prevention of littering, no smoking is permitted on the grounds also helping prevent forest fires. While it’s rarely a threat, on occasion, fire bans do exist. As much as we invite you to make the most of your stay and have a great time during your visit, please be considerate of your neighbors at all times, so they can too.
